Soul Medicine Mobile's mission is to provide accessible holistic wellness programming that supports mental, emotional, and nervous system health through mindfulness, yoga, sound healing, artistic expression, and community-based wellness experiences — meeting people exactly where they are.
Soul Medicine Mobile brings holistic wellness directly into the heart of underserved communities across the South Bay — including San Jose, Morgan Hill, Gilroy, and Campbell. We believe everyone deserves support and welcoming spaces.

Soul Medicine Mobile 501(c)(3) was born from my own healing journey and the people I've supported along the way. I struggled with depression for years and watched loved ones face mental health challenges, homelessness, and addictions.
Simple practices like breathwork, meditation, yoga, and art helped me find grounding and meaning again. As I shared these tools, I saw anxiety ease and joy return. Retreats and private sessions aren't accessible for many, yet everyone deserves support.
